Federation Strategic Objectives 2025 – 2026
Strategic Objective One. To develop a school improvement strategy for the federation. This strategy will drive school improvement, and strengthen leadership. Key foci include:
Creating a professional learning culture.
Implementing strong leadership programs that follow national standards.
Fostering growth that enhances student outcomes over the long term.
Strategic Objective Two. To fund the Cadmus improvement strategy, by creating savings and efficiencies through centralised operations, shared resources, and leveraging economies of scale across its eight schools.
Strategic Objective Three: To Strengthen inclusive education by enhancing SEND support through audits, a shared framework, staff training, and an effective partnership with Cadmus Inclusive and the local authority.
Strategic Objective Four: To enhance teaching and learning quality across all Cadmus schools through curriculum innovation, evidence-based strategies (particularly TLAC), and targeted staff development.
Strategic Objective Five: Transition to a risk-focused governance model that enhances strategic oversight, transparency, and decision-making, ensuring educational excellence and operational efficiency across the federation.
