The Cadmus Best Practice Review programme is a Federation-wide school improvement strategy designed to identify, evaluate and share the most effective practice across all eight schools. Led by Max Vlahakis and involving leaders from across the Federation, the reviews take place each term and focus on a key strategic priority. Through lesson visits, pupil discussions, curriculum reviews and leadership evaluation, the process identifies exemplary approaches that are having the greatest impact on pupils. Findings are collated into a Best Practice Guide, enabling successful strategies to be disseminated and adopted across all schools, strengthening consistency, building leadership capacity and promoting continuous improvement. The review cycle focusses on Personal Development, Behaviour and SEND, ensuring that the Federation's improvement work remains evidence-informed, collaborative and sharply focused on improving outcomes for pupils.
