Federation strategic objectives 2022 – 2023

SO1. To ensure that all schools in the federation provide a strong and innovative education within a broad and balanced curriculum equipping their pupils for the next stage of their education as well as ensuring they can make useful contributions to society.

SO2. To ensure the effective development of staff within a supportive environment which ensures their wellbeing.

SO3. To grow our existing partnership and, where appropriate, federate with existing schools or create new school provision to meet the needs of our communities.

SO4. To develop Cadmus Governing Body policies and procedures to further improve efficacy of Governance.

SO5. To develop communication for the federation that that effectively markets Cadmus and its services to existing and prospective stakeholders.
